The Committee chosen to build a Schoolhouse in the northeast
School District have attended to that duty and submit the following
Report
The Committee contracted with William Locke to build a
Schoolhouse above the underpinning including a door and windows
in the basement for Eleven hundred and eighty three dollars 1183 00
Paid Wm Locke for extra sized windows in basement 3 24
