sachusetts, to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Lexing-

the Old Meeting House, in said town, on Monday, the tenth 'day of
- N. ovember,i4ex at e4leven o'clock, A. Al. at which time the Poll will be

the fhft will choose a Representative to represent the town in the next
weneral Court, to be liolden in the city of Roston on the first Wednes-
day of January next, and if they determine to choose said Representative,
to bring in their votes for the same. Ajso, to bring in their votes for
Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Senators, of said Co,mmonwealth,. _,,�-
agrecably to the Constitution thereof, on one ballot ; also to bring in
their votes for a County Commissioner, to fill the vacancy caused by
the resignation of Timothy Fletcher, Esq. And you are alike required
to notify and warn the aforesaid Inhabitants to meet on said day at the
aforesaid place, at ten o'clock, A. Al. to act on the following articles
Art. 1. To choose a Moderator.
Art. 2. To bring in their votes for a Register of Deeds, for the
residue of the term for which Williain F. Stone, Esq. the former Re- f/
ister, was elected.
Hereof fail not, and make return Of this warrant, with you doings w
thereon, on or before the time prefixed.
Given under our hands, at Lexington, this 251h day of Oetobo, A. D. 1845.
