Board Members: Loren Wood, Chairperson, Jim Osten, member, and William Ribich, member.
Staff: Beth LeBlanc, Utility Billing.
Customers/Residents of the following addresses:

8:00 am Call meeting to order
Mr. Wood called the meeting to order at 8:00 am.
Status Report of Abatement Requests
• 8 Prior cases for appeal
• 42 Recommendations to be reviewed
• 4 Recommendations pending
WSAB members reviewed the following appeal case:
25 Leonard Road—Customer provided good faith payment. Mr. Osten motioned that water/sewer usage
for 5 billing periods be calculated at 50 units regular rates and 3 bills (fall 2017, spring and fall 2018) be
calculated at 50 units regular rates and any units over the average usage be calculated at the wholesale
rate. The motion was seconded by Mr. Wood and voted unanimously to approve.
The remaining abatement cases were tabled:

It was moved by Mr. Osten, seconded by Mr Wood and voted unanimously to approve all abatements as
noted except for * cases which were denied, and+which were tabled for more information.
Review for approval Minutes of the Meetings from January 24, 2019
It was moved by Mr. Wood, seconded by Mr. Osten and voted unanimously to approve the minutes of
the January 24, 2019 meeting as presented. Mr. Ribich abstained as he was not present.
Adjourn
It was moved by Mr. Osten, seconded by Mr. Wood and approved unanimously to adjourn the meeting
at 9:00 am.
