Dear Sir:-
We return you herewith three copies of the contract for the con
struction of the State highway in Lexington, which were left at this of-
fice on Wednesday last by Mr . G. E . Muzzey of your Board . - We have
entered on the contracts the initial as requested to Mr. Muzzey' s name,
but cannot enter in the description anything to show that the road is to
extended to Grape Vine Corner, as requested .
Will you kindly have the contracts signed as soon as possible
and return two copies to this office after signature? We would also
like to have you let us know at once when you will be ready to start in
on the work. -
