We enclose herewith three copies of the contract for the con-
struction of a State highway in your town, duly signed by this Board,
and would ask that you have the members of your Board of Selectmen sign
them as soon as possible . After signature will you kindly return two
copies oi, rhe contract to this office and file the remaining copy with
the proper town official, and oblige
