Dear Sir:- I send you herewith amendment they finally agreed should be added to the Arlington sewrage bill. I think it is all we are in condition to ask, and all that the committee would grant, unless we were in a position to make a definite proposition to Arlington. If you think anything further can be obtained, it is not too late to appear before the communiy. Yours very truly, A. E. Scott Section 13, The town of Arlington may contract with the town of Lexington for the use of the sewers of the town of Arlington as an outlet for the sewage from the whole or any part of the town of Lexington, into the Metropolitan sewer, and in case said towns cannot agree as to the compensation to be paid for the use of said sewers by the town of Lexington in case of such use, said towns shall submit the question as to the amount of such compensation to arbitration.
