That all taxes for the Current year be made payable
on or before Dec 1 1890 and that a discount of one
half per cent per month for all full months prior
to said date be deducted for prompt payment and be all
that remaining unpaid at that date be subject to interest
at the rate of 6 pr ct per annum and the [illegible] Collect
be [illegible] to Collect all taxes before May 1 1891

That Articles 3 & 4 be taken up together and then we proceed
to elect on one ballott. Three Selectmen who shall also be Surveyors of
Highways. Overseers of the Poor, and Board of Health, a Town Clerk:-
Three Assessors; one member of the School Committee for the term of
three years; one member of the Cemetery Committee for the term of three
years' Two Constables; Two Auditors; one Treasurer who shall also be
Collector of Taxes and that the polls be kept open until half past five oclock P.M.
Art 11 That Article 11 be taken up in connection with Articles
3 & 4 so that ballots can be cast on the question of license at
the same time as for town officers.
