supplemental agreement between J. L. Carney and
the town of Lexington, dated Oct. 18, 1902,
relating to grading. Will you please file
this with the original contract of Mr. Carney,
which you already have.
I also hand you Architect's certificate
No.7, authorizing a payment of $5,000 to the
H.P. Cummings Co., and bill of Cooper & Bailey
for 2 1/2 % thereon, $125.
