Dear Sir;-
I h ar a Yo ur s o f July 13 th and will today put the same in t h e
hands of our Chief Eng inear and instruct him to endeavor to so
locate those gate poste as to render them not dangerous for the
public. I am aware that gate posts are a nuisance in the street ;
at Ahe same time, the Law compels us to put up a gate and it is a
little difficult to maintain one without a post to hold it.
