The approval of minutes from March 27, 2026 with edits, was moved by Marian Cohen
and Seconded by John Giudice.

Applicants for one position on VFL
PK Shiu, new member was introduced.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity
Invite to a future meeting.
Town Wide Survey
The budget request has been reduced to $60,000. Due to delays in Town meeting, Warrant
Article 8, requesting funding for the 2027 Town Wide Survey, has not yet come up.

Discussion followed about points to make in presentation and answers to questions that have
already come up.
Meeting in person
Discussion about having at least one meeting a year in person. Will try to schedule for the June
26, 2026 meeting.
