July 30, 2026 Meeting Minutes
Pursuant to notice duly filed with the Town Clerk, the Semiquincentennial Commission (Lex250)
convened in a virtual format via Zoom video conference on Thursday July 30, 2026 at 4:30 PM
by Mona Roy as allowed by legislation (S.2475) extending the suspension of certain provisions
of the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law.

• The meeting was called to order at 4:30 by M. Roy
• Review of Lessons Learned
o A. Rooney moved to approve sending the Lessons Learned document to the
Select Board, pending technical edits by B. McGaw
o The motion was seconded and approved by a unanimous roll call vote.
• Outstanding Minutes
o B. Cunha moved to approve the minutes of 7/9/2025 and 7/9/2026.
o The motion was seconded and approved by a unanimous roll call vote.
• Final Minutes
o P. O'Shaughnessy moved to approve the minutes of 7/30/2026, allowing for N.
Michelson to make technical changes.
o The motion was seconded and approved by a unanimous roll call vote.
• The meeting was adjourned at 4:41 PM
