Open Session Minutes
April 30, 2026
A meeting of the Lexington Board of Assessors was called to order at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday April 30, 2026, in the
Parker Meeting Room, Town Office Building. Gregory A Johnson, Chairman, Edmund C. Grant, Member
and Casimir Groblewski, Member, were present as well as Michael E. Golden, Director of Assessing, and Cheryl
A. Draper, Administrative Assessor.
Public Comment Time: None
Vendor News & Views: None.
Director’s Report: Mr. Golden stated the position replacing the Assistant Director ’s role has been approved by
town management.
New Business: None
VOTE: At 9:15 a.m. upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Assessors voted 3-0 by roll call to
enter Executive Session under Purpose 7 to deliberate Real Estate Abatement Applications and Personal
Exemption Applications, as discussion in Open Session may have a detrimental effect on the litigation position of
the Town.
At 9:48 a.m. the Board reconvened into Open session.
ADJOURN
Vote: Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Assessors voted 3-0 by roll call to adjourn at
9:50 a.m.
