SELECT BOARD MEETING
May 2, 2024
A meeting of the Lexington Select Board was called to order at 11:50a.m. on Friday, May 2, 2024, via a
hybrid meeting platform. Mr. Lucente, Chair; Mr. Pato, Ms. Barry, Mr. Sandeen, and Ms. Hai, were
present, as well as Mr. Malloy, Town Manager; Ms. Axtell, Deputy Town Manager; and Ms. Katzenback,
Executive Clerk.
CONSENT AGENDA
1. Approve Amendment to Battle Green Permit - William Diamond Junior Fife and Drum Corps,
Lexington Muster Line Up & Road Closure for Parade on Militia Drive and Worthen Road
To approve the request of the William Diamond Junior Fife and Drum Corps to parade down Worthen
Road from Militia Drive to Hastings Park on Saturday, May 4, 2024 between 11:00am to 1:00pm for the
purpose of the Lexington Muster Parade and stepping off at approximately 12:00pm.
VOTE: Upon a motion duly made and seconded, by roll call, the Select Board voted 5-0 to approve the
Consent Agenda:
ADJOURN
VOTE: Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Select Board voted by roll call 5-0 to adjourn at
11:55am.
