MEETING MINUTES
BOARD OF REGISTRARS
December 8, 2025
The meeting of the Board of Registrars was called to order at 8:00 p.m. Monday, December 8,
2025, the meeting or"work session" was held in person in the Parker Room, Town Office
Building, 1625 Massachusetts Avenue.
Present: Registrars, Gordon Jones, Chair, Judith Moore, and staff from the Town Clerk's Office.
The Board of Registrars Hand Counted the tally of Ballots (including Federal Write-In Ballots)
returned by mail from outside the United States for the Special Election of December 8, 2025.
The working meeting was adjourned at 8:18 p.m.
