BOARD OF REGISTRARS
July 16, 2025
The meeting of the Board of Registrars was called to order at 4:01 PM via Remote
Participation on Zoom.
Present: Registrars, Gordon Jones, Chair, Judy Moore, Mark Vitunic and Town Clerk, Mary
de Alderete.
Election of Chair:
MOTION: That Gordon Jones be appointed as Chair of the Board of Registrars for
the upcoming 2025-2026 year.
Motion approved by voice vote. Mr. Jones abstained from the vote.
Approval of Assistant Registrars and Signature Stamp Authorizations:
MOTION: That the following staff of the Town Clerk's Office be designated as
Assistant Registrars: Dianne Sperber, Lisa Maguire, Kelley Cutone-Clair and Gina
Carme and that use of the Board of Registrar signature stamp with the names of Gordon
M. Jones III, Judy E. Moore, Mark R. Vitunic, Mary de Alderete and Dianne Sperber be
approved for the purposes of certification of petitions, nominations, and attestations.
Motion approved by unanimous consent.
Review and Recommend 2025-2026 Election Officer Appointments:
MOTION. That the Board review the List of Election Officers for the 2025-2026
year, endorse and forward the list to the Select Board for appointment.
Mr. Vitunic noted that there was one person who should be removed from the list. A
short discussion regarding how election workers were updated in the system took
place. Motion to approve the list once amended was approved by unanimous consent.
Approval of Minutes:
MOTION: To approve the minutes from the Board of Registrars Meetings of November
5t and November 18th of 2024. The Chair stated that the minutes of the 18th needed to be
amended for a typographical error. Motion to approve the minutes as amended was approved
by unanimous consent.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:11 p.m.
