Lincoln Park Committee Meeting Minutes
January 12, 2026
Attending: Paul Earsy, Joanne Shorter, Weiwei Li, Pamela Cohen, Brian Kelley, Bob
Pressman
Virtual Meeting commenced shortly after 6:00pm
Previous Meeting Minutes
Motion made by Brian, seconded by Joanne to accept and approve the October 09,
2025 meeting minutes. Unanimous 4-0 vote in favor with one absent.
Boardwalk Replacement
Update: a bit more work required (some of the substructure is rotten), requiring
additional funds for the additional work. Motion made by Brian, seconded by Joanne to
provide up to 10k in additional funding for rotten framing. Unanimous 4-0 vote in favor
with 1 absent.

Fitness station replacement
Recreation Department moving forward with procurement. Discussion on funding and
fitness station placement.
Ongoing Maintenance/Landscaping
• Barnard didn't get to cutting meadow before the winter, revisit in Spring
Granite Forest
Little trees planted by the Tree Committee looks like they did not make it, Discussion
on watering to prevent trees from dying (hoses from spigots were not connected last
summer - challenge getting hoses across to granite forest), use of wood ships and soil
quality testing. Granite forest culvert not working correctly, resulting in erosion to path.
