Open Session Minutes
March 24, 2026
A meeting of the Lexington Board of Assessors was called to order at 4:00p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, in
the Reed Meeting Room, Town Office Building. Gregory A Johnson, Chairman, Edmund C. Grant, Member, and
Casimir Groblewski, Member, were present as well as Michael E. Golden, Director of Assessing, and Cheryl A.
Draper, Administrative Assessor.

New Business: None
VOTE: At 4:12 p.m., upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Assessors voted 3-0 by roll call to
enter Executive Session under Purpose 7 to deliberate Real Estate Abatement Applications and Personal
Exemption Applications, as discussion in Open Session may have a detrimental effect on the litigation position of
the Town.
At 5:54 p.m. the Board reconvened into Open session.
ADJOURN
Vote: Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Assessors voted 3-0 by roll call to adjourn at 5:55
p.m.
