Commissioners Present: Robert Rotberg, Marilyn Fenollosa, Diane Pursley, Wendall Kalsow.
Commissioners Absent: Susan Bennett.
Associate Commissioners Present: David Kelland.

Chair Robert Rotberg called the February 18, 2026 Historical Commission meeting to order at
7:00 pm.

AGENDA ITEM #1: Approval of meeting minutes of the meetings held on January 21, 2026

Ms. Fenollosa made a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on January 21, 2026 as
amended. Mr. Kelland seconded. Motion carried. 5-0, All in favor.
AGENDA ITEM #2: Continued Public Hearing regarding the Partial Building Demolition and Roof
Line Change (Additions) at 4 Trotting Horse Drive
This hearing will move to March meeting as per applicant’s request.

Ms. Fenollosa made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Kelland at 7:25pm. Motion carried. All
