Housing Partnership Board – February 9, 2026, Achieving 10% Working Group Minutes
Meeting was called to order at 4:39pm by Betsey Weiss.
Roll call taken and members present: Betsey Weiss, Harriet Cohen, Margaret Heitz, and Chris Herbert.
Having a quorum the meeting was called to order. Sandra Hackman was also present.
The group discussed proposed edits to the working group presentation for the Select Board. Details of
the tally of the affordable housing inventory were discussed and an approach agreed upon. The list of
actions taken by the Town in recent years to support truly affordable housing was reviewed, discussed
and edited. The list of short and long term strategies were also reviewed, discussed and edited.

Betsey moved approval of the meeting minutes from February 3 and Harriet seconded. On a voice
vote all members approved the minutes.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:36 pm. Betsey moved adjournment and Harriet seconded the motion.
Adjournment was unanimously approved by a voice vote.
