Housing Partnership Board – February 3, 2026, Achieving 10% Working Group Minutes
Meeting was called to order at 4:32pm by Betsey Weiss.
Roll call taken and members present: Betsey Weiss, Harriet Cohen, and Chris Herbert. Having a quorum
the meeting was called to order. Bob Pressman and Sandra Hackman were also present.
Harriet provided an update on the status of the town’s property on Vine Street from a conversation she
had with Vineeta Kumar. Vineeta was well versed on the status of the property and will bring this to the
attention of the Select Board to determine what further action should be taken from here.
The working group reviewed a draft presentation template for working groups to share with the Select
Board and suggested changes to some of the wording to clarify the meaning. The group spent some
time discussing how to reflect the potential pipeline of new development and how that would affect the
calculation. It was decided to recognize how proposed new development would affect the calculation.
Chris proposed to make some further clarification and expand on some of the strategy slides. Betsey will
also incorporate some additional information. The working group will review the revised draft at their
next meeting.
The group will meet next on February 9th at 4:30 pm.

Betsey moved approval of the meeting minutes from Jan 20 and Chris seconded. On a roll call vote
Betsey, Harriet and Chris approved the minutes.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:39 pm. Harriet Cohen moved adjournment and Chris seconded the
motion. Adjournment was unanimously approved on a roll call vote.
