Open Session Minutes
February 24, 2026
A meeting of the Lexington Board of Assessors was called to order at 4:00p.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, in
the Reed Meeting Room, Town Office Building. Gregory A Johnson, Chairman and Casimir Groblewski, Member
were present as well as Cheryl A. Draper, Administrative Assessor.
Absent: Edmund C. Grant, Member; Michael E. Golden, Director of Assessing
Public Comment Time: None present.
Vendor News & Views: None present.
Director's Report: None present.
At 4:15 p.m., upon a motion made by Mr. Johnson and seconded by Mr. Groblewski, the Board of Assessors
voted by roll call to enter into Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(7) & c.59 § 60 to deliberate
Real Estate Abatement Applications and Personal Exemption Applications, as discussion in Open Session may
have a detrimental effect on the litigation position of the Town.
The Board voted not to return to Open Session at the conclusion of the Executive Session.

Vote: 2-0 (by roll call)
