EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING
BOARD OF LIBRARY TRUSTEES
January 16, 2019
Attendees: Joe Pato, Claire Feingold Thoryn, Jill Hai, Brent Maracle and Howard Jaffe, Trustees ; Emily Smith, Assistant Library Director.
Call to Order: Joe called the meeting to order at 1:10pm
Public Comment: none
New Business
Response to resident letter regarding Turkish Collection
Joe noted that we are meeting to finalize the draft that has been reviewed and discussed by the board of library trustees.
After discussion trustees agreed to a few edits. The consensus is to approve the letter with edits suggested to Joe.
Claire made a motion to approve the letter with the suggested edits. Howard seconded the motion which oases unanimously.
Adjournment
Suzie made a motion to adjourn the meeting which was seconded by Howard. The motion passed unanimously.
