**********************Trend Report Summaries **********************
HSH has prepared graphics with interesting facts and statistics that have been culled from
the Trend Reports; these graphics will be shared on the CPAC website, on social media,
and we will look to create more graphics and to share them through other mediums.
Action item for committee members: Within the next two weeks, each committee
member will select a trend report presentation that they did not contribute to and will
select 3-4 notable facts that could be worthy of its own graphic and will send them Molly
and Jeff.
*****************************Other Business****************************
Discovery Day - The CPAC table at Discovery Day was a great success; HSH is still
compiling data collected from the various interactive display boards to share with the
committee.
Gnatt Chart Update – At the next CPAC meeting we will review and prioritize a list of
representatives from town departments and committees that we would like to come in to
present to the CPAC; At the next meeting the committee will also review the schedule for
the next set of trend report presentations (land use, natural resources, historic
preservation); no public presentations will be scheduled during school summer vacation.
Draft plan development process – As an agenda item for an upcoming meeting, the
CPAC would like to discuss our approach for crafting the draft plan at an upcoming
