This certifies that I hereby agree with the Selectmen in behalf of the inhabitants of Lexington to relinquish all claim for damages for land taken by said Selectmen to lay out a Town Way upon the petition of Jonas Gammell and others commencing near the blacksmith shop of John A. Russell at the County Road thence in a southerly direction passing near the house of Billings Smith to land of Jonas Gammell as described in the report of said Selectmen to the Town of Lexington dated October 25th 1852. and I also agree to remove all the Stone wall now on land taken as aforesaid on or before the 1st day of May. 1853 free of expence to the Town of Lexington provided said report of said Selectmen is accepted by the Town on Monday the 8th day of November 1852, otherwise this agreement to be null and void.
