Description: The Condominium Conversion Board is responsible for establishing license fees; notifying abutters of
proposed condominium sites;holding public hearings;filing a decision with the Town Clerk; and holding hearings
regarding eviction licenses and making decisions concerning such issues. In addition,the Conversion Board is
liable to appeal on any of its decisions.
Criteria for Membershiu: Members of this board inust demonstrate sound judgment and knowledge of housing and
land planning issues. Members of this board may also consist of ineinbers of any official committee,coinmission,
or other authority in the town at the discretion of the Board of Selectmen.
