two disinterested persons both of the town of Lexington
Greeting
You are hereby required in the name of the Common-
wealth of Massachusetts to appraise upon oath at the true
value thereof in money according to your best judgment
a Heifer found in the enclosure of Capt Isaac Milli-
ken on 7 May last - and make return of
this warrant & your doings there in to the town clerk
of said Lexington within seven days from the date
hereof. Given under my hand at Lexington aforesaid
this second day of June A.D. 1829

Then came the above named Nathan Harrington and Dennis Harrington
personally appeared before me and made oath that they
would impartially appraise the Heifer above
named according to their best judgment
