legally assembled at the Meetinghouse in said town on
Monday the second day of March 1829 to act on the arti-
cles in the foregoing warrant, the several articles were
disposed of as follows viz.
Article 1. Mr. Charles Reed was chosen Moderator.

Article 3. Voted to let the collection of taxes to the lowest
bidder - Voted to reconsider the last vote. Voted to
collect the taxes in the same manner [as] they were
last year.
Article 4. Voted to adopt the same measures that were adopted last year.
Voted to district the town into three districts
Voted to choose one Surveyor from each district.
Voted [to] raise 550 dollars to repair the highways inclu
ding all expences. Messrs. Jonas Munroe, William
Chandler & Daniel Chandler were chosen Surveyors
Art. 5. Voted to restrain under the penalty provided
by law.
Art. 6. Voted to build wooden house of sufficient
dimensions to accommodate the schollars.
Selectmen appointed building committee
7. Voted to submit to the selectmen to report thereon
at April Meeting.
8. No reports were heard. The meeting then
dissolved.
