Rodgers, Director of Human Services; Kristie Demirev, Assistant Director of Youth and Family
Services.

2. Human Services:
a. Human Services Report: September 28, 2015 – January 19, 2016 Charlotte Rodgers
and Kristie Demirev reported on the types of requests for funds during this period.
Funds were provided for rent payments, winter clothing (TJX cards) medications and
emergency services (pests). Requests for fuel assistance continues to be down
compared to last year.
b. Ratify Human Services Request - $1,430 for Rent (December 2015) – Approved 5-0
c. Ratify Human Services Request - $1,467 for holiday gift cards – (December 2015)
Approved 5-0
d. Ratify Human Services Request - $2,000 for past due rent – (November 2015)
Approved 5-0
3. Other Issues:
a. Request from East Lexington Community Association for $1,701 for holiday wreaths
along Mass Avenue in the East Village - Approved 5-0
