Day Parade ambassadors who carry the sponsor banners in the parade.

Memorial Day, May 27:
• Lorain noted that more information about Memorial Day ceremonies and parade will be added
to the TCC Facebook page. Lorain told the committee that Paul Doherty is taking pictures of

for information requested by Paul about several of the memorials. As part of the discussion, it
was noted that Linda Dixon and Gina Rada are members of the Monuments and Memorials
Town Committee.
• Linda Dixon is working on a script for the Memorial Day ceremonies to be used if rain causes

• Committee reviewed the parade roster.
• Lorain noted that Jim Ramsay will be the parade Grand Marshal and also the keynote speaker.

since the tripods are too heavy to be carried during the parade.
• The committee suggested that Lorain contact the Lexington Police to ensure that no parking
signs will be posted on Bedford St. by Buckman Tavern on the day of the parade.
• Gina announced that she will be putting out flags on veterans' graves at Westview Cemetery
next week. If any committee members want to assist her, they should contact her.

Green. She also agreed to read the poem "In Flanders Fields" at the Westview Cemetery.
• June Baer will arrange for the loudspeaker system for use during the parade.
• Lorain asked Bob Tracey and Wayne Miller to order one more wreath for the parade since the
