FORMAL HEARINGS
Battle Green and Clarke Street: David Pinsonneault, Representing Town of Lexington,
exterior changes in the Battle Green District. On a motion duly made and seconded, the proposed
alteration was approved unanimously as proposed.

1775 Massachusetts Avenue: Robert Burge, Representing 1775 Mass Ave Realty Trust,
exterior changes in the Battle Green District. After much discussion, on a motion duly made and
seconded, the proposed alterations were continued to a later meeting date.

Mullins Rule overview and discussion: Chair Eccles, reviewed the Mullins Rule with the
Commissioners.
Update on the Hosmer House and the Campus: Commissioner Edward Adelman is serving as
liaison for the Hosmer house group study. The charge of the group is to determine a proper
setting and use for the historically significant home.
