Marketing program next month to educate more people about LexHab program. Lottery program to rent will be introduced this week  Lexington Housing Partnership Rich McDonough – a committee that focuses on specifies goals, objectives and policies for affordable housing  Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee- The group had conversation with Julie Mercer, new Planning Director, who was present at last meeting regarding housing Staff Reports Melissa Interess, Director of Human Services  Lou Conrad, current board member at Minuteman Senior Services leaving. Looking for board replacement, could be COA member. Mtgs 1st Wednesday of month in AM  Hemali Shah is promoted into Assistant Director for Senior Services  New outreach coordinator position in final stages Hemali Shah, Assistant Director for Senior Services  Upcoming events:  Q+A with town manager 4/10 10-11AM  RMV driving school safety for drivers 4/25 9:30-10:30 Christine Dean, Community Center Director  Tony Serio and Thomas Romano offering LHS study break program for final exams- 5/21 7-9PM with activities and ice cream  February break programs went well  Spring registration began 4/1; increased online participation  March newsletter delivered online to 9600 users, 50% open rate  End of summer party 8/23/19  Bike Walk bike safety program with Police 5/11-19  New art on display  New construction ongoing, move in 8/15  Staff update: o New Saturday CC municipal clerk Anisha Chacart starting, will work 9AM-5PM o Kate DeAngelis-new recreation specialist to look at programming needs and growing more of the adaptive programming  Question raised about possible Sunday hours Liaison Reports CC Advisory-Sandra Shaw- committee will be dissolved, no longer need FCOA-Rich McDonough, Ellen Cameron-transportation, $5,000 to Lexpress; looking for contributions to Lifetime Magazine, ideas for Bright Ideas grants Recreation Committee-Julie Ann Shapiro, Ellen Cameron- resurfacing track, inner track Disability Commission-Bonnie Teitleman, ongoing surface materials discussion, single straw use presentation Lexington Housing Authority-Camille Goodwin-There is a number of changes to the application process to section 8 application  Bob Peters resigned and moved to Planning Board. Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee-Camille Goodwin-CPAC reviewing housing trends, age, diversity, schools, transportation. Much content on website.
