Shall the Town of Lexington be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two -and -one-half, so
called, the amounts required to pay for the bonds issued to pay for the costs of design and construction of a
new Lexington High School, to be located at 251 Waltham Street, in Lexington, including the costs of
conducting a feasibility study, design development, demolition, architectural and engineering services,
original equipment, furnishings, landscaping, athletic fields, paving and parking areas, other accessory
facilities, and the renovation of the existing field house, if the overall appropriation so allows, and other site
improvements or incidental cost directly related to such construction?
