Chair Lee Noel Chase called the December 4, 2025 Historic Districts Commission meeting to order
at 6:08pm.
Brien Cooper was acting as voting member during this meeting.
FORMAL HEARINGS
Chair Lee Noel Chase opened the formal hearing for 25 Depot Sa (HDC -25-38), exterior alterations
(Signage) in the Battle Green Historic District

Public comments were heard.
Motion was granted and seconded to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior changes to
25 Depot Sq with amendments of no further signage applied to the awning, letters will be reduced
to an appropriate size in the vicinity of 12", the letters on the blade sign at 18", the location of the
blade sign aligned with the center of the brick pillar (which is to the left of the R in the Russian
School of Math). Motion carried. All in favor.

continue to the next HDC meeting.
