Chair Lee Noel Chase called the November 6, 2025 Historic Districts Commission meeting to order
at 6:06pm.
FORMAL HEARINGS
Chair Lee Noel Chase opened the formal hearing for 32 Worthen Road (HDC-25-30), exterior
alterations (Shutter Replacement) in the Battle Green Historic District

The Commission reviewed the proposed pavilion tent, and front lawn plans in front yard of Munroe Tavern

COMMISSION BUSINESS
Chairwoman Lee Noel Chase provided updates regarding the ongoing multi-family condominium
complex development project at 16 Clarke St.
