Chair Lee Noel Chase called the September 4, 2025 Historic Districts Commission meeting to order
at 6:02pm.
Richard Neumeier acted as voting member for the absent commissioner Scott Cooper.
CONTINUED HEARINGS
Chair Lee Noel Chase opened the formal hearing for 9 Hancock Street (HDC-25-23), exterior
alterations (Landscaping) in the Battle Green Historic District

The Commission explained the HDC liaison process for development project at 16 Clarke St.

The Commission made a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on August 7th, 2025 as
