The Economic Development Advisory Committee met remotely via Zoom on January 30, 2025,
from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. The Committee received updates from the Economic Development Office
and liaison reports from the Planning Board and Select Board, discussed a draft memorandum
to the Select Board regarding MBTA Communities zoning bylaws, reviewed 2025-1 Special Town
Meeting Article 2 concerning proposed amendments to Section 7.5 of the Zoning Bylaw related
to multi -family dwelling unit capacity, reviewed draft warrant articles for the 2025 Annual Town
Meeting, and received an update on the Lexington High School Building Project. Minutes of
prior meetings were approved, no urgent business requiring action was raised, and the meeting
adjourned.
