The chair read the authorization for remote meetings A quorum was present. Vote to call to order: Baker, Aye; Coppe, Aye; Desrouleaux, Aye; Fang, Aye; Fowler, Aye; Rago, Aye The vote was unanimous. Libert Ride A presentation on the history of the Liberty Ride, relevant statistics, and future options was made by Jay Adbella. Questions from the committee were:  the calculation of the percentage of seats filled,  whether marketing dollars will stay the same or go down,  historic data,  is marketing specific to the Liberty Ride or split with other marketing,  how average revenue calculated  if program is canceled, would marketing budget change  what dollars would be realized if Liberty Ride is dropped  what is the role of the vendor  three options—new vendor, new bus, drop the program  clear that the numbers do not work The committee was not ready to make recommendation to the Select Board 1 With the following comments:  have all possibilities been exhausted  any chance of finding new vendor Gardy Desrouleaux moved to take a trial vote to make a recommendation, it was seconded. Baker, Aye; Coppe, Aye; Desrouleaux, No; Fang, No; Fowler, Aye; Rago, No The vote was tied 3-3 and failed. Marsha Baker moved and Gardy Desrouleaux seconded adjournment.
