Lincoln Park Committee Meeting Minutes
October 9, 2025
Attending: Brian Kelley, Joanne Shorter, Paul Earsy, Weiwei Li, Pamela

Pamela Cohen could not make it due to previous commitment
Virtual Meeting commenced at 6:05pm
Boardwalk Replacement
Reviewed and discussed the new bid results.
Motion made by Brian, seconded by Joanne to accept the bid of Heimlich
Landscaping & Construction Corp. 154k base bid + 6k shimming.
Unanimous 4-0 vote in favor.
Previous Meeting Minutes
Motion made by Brian, seconded by Paul to accept and approve the April
16, 2025 and August 7, 2025 meeting minutes. Unanimous 4-0 vote in
favor.
Fitness station replacement
Station installation costs provided by New England Recreation Group:
$5500 - $5900 per station install (total installation costs: $82,500 -
$88,500). With $95,000 cost for the equipment (delivered) we are already
at around $180,000 ($177,500.00 - $183,500) and budget is $160,000.
Discussion on other installation options
Not included in equipment and install costs: site prep, old fitness station
removal. offload/storage of new equipment.

Tree Committee working on the "Pocket Forest"
Bernard and Parterre have been doing a good job and staying in budget.
Meadow has not been mowed (previous invoice $1750). Brian to explore
for stand-alone project (avoid cutting down blackberry bushes).
