Board of Assessors Meeting
Open Session Minutes
November 17, 2025
A meeting of the Lexington Board of Assessors was called to order at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, November 17, 2025,
in the Parker Meeting Room, Town Office Building. Gregory A Johnson, Chairman; Edmund C. Grant, Member;
Casimir Groblewski, Member; and Robert F. Lent, Director of Assessing, were present, as well as Michael E.
Golden, Assistant Director of Assessing; and Cheryl A. Draper, Administrative Assessor.
Open Session
Public Comment Time: None present.
Vendor News & Views: None present.
Director’s Report: None present.
VOTE: Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Assessors voted 3-0 by roll call to adjourn the
Open Session of the meeting at 6:08p.m. to enter Executive Session under Purpose 6 in order to deliberate
Appellate Tax Board Appeals. Further it was declared that an open meeting discussion may have a detrimental
effect on the litigation position of the town.
6:25 p.m. Motion to adjourn Executive and reconvening into Open Session was seconded and approved.
VOTE: Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Assessors voted 3-0 by roll call to approve the
meeting minutes from November 10, 2025 meeting.
VOTE: Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Assessors voted 3-0 by roll call to approve the
Appellate Tax Board Case Settlement presented in Executive Session.
New Business: None present
There being no other business, a motion was duly made and seconded at 6:30 p.m. to adjourn the meeting.
