There shall be a Council on Aging for the purpose of coordinating or carrying out programs designed to
meet the problems of the aging in coordination with programs of the Department of Elder Affairs.

The Council shall consist of 11 members to be appointed by the Town Manager with the approval of the
Select Board for terms of three years expiring on June 1.
