Meeting Minutes for December 5, 2025
Attendees: Nanette Byrnes, Harriet Cohen, and Betsey Weiss
Absent: none
Guests: Charles Hornig, Melinda Walker, Bob Pressman, Ingrid Kinoff
The Center Zoning Working Group meeting was chaired by Nanette Byrnes and minutes were taken
by Nanette Byrnes. The meeting was held remotely via Zoom.
1. Call to Order: HPB Center Zoning Exploratory Work Group
Ms. Byrnes called the meeting to order at 4 pm. The roll was called.
2. Presentation on history of Center zoning (Charles Hornig)
3. Group discussion of challenges to developing in Lexington and in Lexington Center (open to all
participants).
4. Group discussion of 40 R- pros and cons.
5. Discussion of follow up efforts
6. Next Meeting set Monday January 5 at 4 pm.
