Meeting Minutes for November 7, 2025

The Center Zoning Working Group meeting was chaired by Nanette Byrnes and minutes were taken
by Nanette Byrnes. The meeting was held remotely via Zoom.
1. Call to Order: HPB Center Zoning Exploratory Work Group
Ms. Byrnes called the meeting to order at 3 pm. The roll was called.
2. Discussion of research topics and avenues related to Lexington Center
Topics included researching current zoning (Ms. Weiss), other town zoning that has successfully
encouraged mixed use development (Ms. Byrnes).
3. Discussion of attending other meetings as research
Ms. Byrnes to attend Center Committee Meeting Dec. 11, 8:30-10 am
