Expanding Housing Options Subcommittee Meeting
November 6, 2026 10.00am to 11.00am.
Topics: Strategies to expand housing options throughout town, including smaller detached
homes, middle housing, and other forms of residential infill. Strategies being explored are
tailored toward increasing the economic and practical feasibility of developing housing
other than large single family homes and include zoning changes, changes to permitting
processes, offering standardized and clear paths to development of diverse housing
typologies. As other strategies are suggested, they will be immediately reflected in our live
documentation and/or our public meetings.
