Meeting was called to order at 5:OOpm by Betsey Weiss and seconded by Harriet Cohen.
Tasks to be accomplished by the Working Group were discussed.
Betsey Weiss volunteered to create a DRAFT chart showing how to Achieve a True 10% of Income
Restricted (IR)—SHI Units.
Margaret Heitz volunteered to research the Bedford St. Amory as a possibility for future Income
Restricted - SHI Units and will write up her findings.
Chris Herbert volunteered to draft an Affordable Housing Overlay proposal in Lexington and write up his
findings.
Harriet Cohen volunteered to investigate streamlining the permitting process which is extensive work
when she has time.
Meeting was adjourned at 5:40pm. Betsey Weiss moved the motion, and Harriet Cohen seconded the
motion.
