She noted the awesomeness of our work! 4:37 JGPR Updates -Ms. Kristen Potter • Building out volunteer page for VO25 • Promoting all of the events • Ms. Roy -What is the extent of the JGPR contract? Through 2026 • April 18-21 JGPR will be staying in local hotels and available to all things Lex250 • Mr. Rossi -Requested an overview of the ways that folks can access information for accessibility. Ms. Barry noted that this will be coming soon 4:45 Conventures Updates- Ms. Dusty Rhodes and Ms. Turner Schooling • April 19, 2025 o Credentials: Number of per people per event • 368 -Rededication • 330 -Parade o Printed commemorative program o Update: 10:45 Rededication of the Battle Green is now moved up by 15 minutes. Ms. Rhodes detailed the speaking program for the event o Mr. Lucente noted the need for the Commission members to be ambassadors for all of the events o Ms. Barry asked that the Minutemen's credentials be given to Conventures • Parade drop off at Mass and Maple streets • Minutemen and 10th Reg. clarified their parking locations and needs • Ms. Barry reminded everyone about the free concert on the evening of April 19, 2025 • Road Race Numbers Pick Up o Eagle Bank -Thursday 9:00-4:00 and Friday 9:00-3:00 5:15 Volunteer Update- Ms. Melanie Lin • All volunteer needs have been met for main events for April 19 • Nice big volunteer pins and water bottles will be distributed to everyone • Decorations being coordinated with local youth 5:30 pm Other Loose Ends -Overall theme is around pushing PR for the non -April 19 events • Ms. Barry and Mr. Lucent walked through the planned events for the Commission April 17 -April 21. See Lex250 website • Capt. Maz provided more details about the busing. Noted to look at the Lex250 website for details • April 17 8:45 for Fife and Drum at press conference • April 18 o 8:00-10:00 Zip Trip at Visitor Center Lawn • Antony Park • Paul Revere's Ride • April 21, 2025 Patriotic Picnic in the Park • April 22, 2025 - Naturalization Ceremony • Banners are up in Lexington Center! • Dr. Cunha noted that the Patriots Ball was amazing • Ms. Roy attended the Black Patriots of Lexington event last week.
