1. Present: Rachel Summers, Nancy Sofen, Barbara Tarrh
2. We met to discuss final choices of species for the 2501h tree giveaway, to be held in
April and May.
3. We also discussed mechanics of the care of and distribution of the trees. The DPW
will store and water the trees once they arrive from the native plant nursery.
These are informal minutes; nothing was written down at the time.
