REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM OCTOBER.
NO PUBLI C COMMENTS
NEW BUSINESS: Sudhir mentioned the AARP age friendly initiative and
its been a year and should be reviewed and what tasks do we want to do
going forward.
Working group is now named to Age Friendly Sub Committee and will be
voted on at next COA meeting. (due to open meeting law)
PARKING PASS UPDATE: as of date 2.161 . Some new vehicles and a few
rejected, so its still on going. Thinking we should extend the parking pass
for longer than 2 years. The Police Dept wanted 2 years. This needs to be
investigated with the Police and see if it can be extended or permanent.
263 people to ger\t a new parking pass. Need to look how to reduce the
man power needed.
We also clarified when the parking pass a started and why.
TRANSPORTATION: 34 people came to uber/lyft training. \
