The meeting began at 7:00 pm in the Lexington Police Department Conference Room. October Meeting Minutes Read and approved, sent to the town archives Event Debriefs Halloween Balloon Hanging I October 31st Henry shared that we hung a lot of balloons. We had fewer volunteers than we promised, which placed a heavy load on the small group that attended. The merchants had prepared pizza for 20 volunteers, and most went unused. This low turnout was disappointing, especially since we had confirmed higher numbers. Upcoming Events 2,000 Pound Food Pantry Drive I Saturday, November 15th, 2025 12:00 - 2:00 C&W Trans. (240 Bedford St) Sadie explained that we'll be sorting all the collected food items for the Lexington Food Pantry. Pizza and dessert will be provided Doug shared that the Food Pantry served 147 families last weekend. Our donations really matter!
