Administrative Assistant: Thomas Case Absent: n/a Other Attendees: Sandhya Beebee, Liaison, Capital Expenditures Committee (arrived at 4:22 PM); Mark Manasas, President, Lexington Lyceum Advocates; Robert Pressman, 22 Locust Ave (arrived at 4:02 PM); Elaine Tung, Chair, Affordable Housing Trust (arrived at 4:04 PM); Vinita Verma, Liaison, Appropriation Committee (arrived at 4:30 PM). Ms. Fenollosa called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM. 2025 Needs Assessment Report – The Committee discussed the 2025 Needs Assessment Report. The Committee discussed the organization and formatting of the affordable housing information in the report. The Committee agreed to move the additional housing information from Appendix C to the Community Housing section, and to move the Community Housing section after the Historic Resources, Open Space, and Recreation sections. Public Hearing – The Committee held a public hearing to receive comments and questions on the CPC’s 2025 Needs Assessment Report (see the CPC’s Public Hearing Minutes dated 12-11- 2025 for more detail). Ms. Tung left the meeting at 4:49 PM. Minutes – After a motion duly made and seconded, the Committee voted by a roll call vote to approve the minutes from the Public Meeting on 12-4-2025 (9-0). Committee Business – The Committee planned to meet again on December 18 to approve the Needs Assessment Report and take final votes on FY27 project requests.
