Administrative Assistant: Thomas Case Absent: n/a Other Attendees: Sandhya Beebee, Liaison, Capital Expenditures Committee; Mark Manasas, President, Lexington Lyceum Advocates; Robert Pressman, 22 Locust Ave; Elaine Tung, Chair, Affordable Housing Trust; Vinita Verma, Liaison, Appropriation Committee. Ms. Fenollosa called the public hearing to order at 4:30 PM. 2025 Needs Assessment Report – Ms. Fenollosa opened the public hearing on the 2025 Needs Assessment Report (NAR), copies of which had been made available on the CPC’s webpage. She noted that a public hearing is required by Section 5(b)(1) of the Community Preservation Act to determine the needs, possibilities and resources of Lexington regarding community preservation. Ms. Tung requested language changes to the NAR regarding updates to the Affordable Housing Trust’s actions and funding. Mr. Manasas expressed concern over omitted information and cost estimates for a potential Stone Building renovation project and requested that the Lexington Lyceum Advocates be added to the report’s list of historical preservation resources. Ms. Fenollosa explained that the Stone Building project amount is listed as “TBD” because the CPC has not received notification of an exact request amount. The public hearing adjourned at 4:48 PM.
